Time Limit
Exchange, return, or refund requests must be made within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your order. Requests made after this time period will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are only accepted if:
We have sent you the wrong product.
The item received is the wrong size.
The item received does not match the description provided on our website.
Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Exceptions
Sales items and pre-loved items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless we have sent you the wrong product, wrong size, or the item does not match the description.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 3-day (72-hour) time limit. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
